Log into your A2Z Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
